Instructions
1 lb Ground turkey from @thehealthybutcher
Grace’s Jerk seasoning
2 medium sweet potatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 small yellow onion
1 cup Yves Can Corn
Mushrooms
Sprinkled with cinimon
Topped with goat mozzarella cheese
Sea salt, pepper, garlic powder
Boil sweet potato, cook turkey and all other ingredients together in a pan. Layer the turkey, potato and cheese into a casserole dish and baked for 10 minutes.
