Holy sh*t it has been 3 years, feels like yesterday we were working out in the park and Cassie was carting All Day Fit around in a little trolley.
In THREE years, the team has grown to 5 trainers, 2 staff and 1 intern, hot damn we look good. The community has grown from 20 people to over 100 AND we launched the best program this side of the Mississippi: Strong Academy.
In June we celebrated you, our fantastically talented and strong AF community! Without you, All Day Fit would not exist. You make us who we are, you make us better and you make us want to be the most educated and supportive trainers.
With that, we say CHEERS to you and CHEERS to THREE Years.
