ALL DAY FIT OPEN HOUSE

April 12th – 25th

Welcome! All Day Fit is a 360 approach to health and wellness that delivers strength training, nutrition, recovery and mindset education to a connected community, eager to get the best out of life.

At the start of the pandemic, as all gyms and fitness communities did, we pivoted to a virtual platform to continue to serve our community. 

To be frank, since then, the boutique fitness market has become oversaturated and there are mountains of untrustworthy health and wellness information flooding our social feeds. We felt there was a need to provide an opportunity to you, someone who is curious about strength training and looking for a fitness community that addresses more than a 1-hour online workout. 

We know you might be uncertain about which gym is right for them, frustrated with stopping and starting and nervous they will be judged or embarrassed. It’s hard to be the one new person in class when everyone knows each other and seemingly knows everything the coach is talking about – something that is even more amplified in an online setting.  That’s why, from April 12 – 25, 2021, we are opening our virtual doors TO ALL FIRST TIMERS!

What is an Open House & Who is it For?

  • A 14 day opportunity to experience the All Day Fit Online Hub and community
  • This is for anyone who is uncertain about which gym is right for them, frustrated with stopping and starting their fitness journey, or nervous they will be judged or embarrassed in a fitness class
  • For anyone looking to begin, refresh or enhance their fitness journey

The Virtual Open House includes: 

  • 30-minute Discovery Call with an All Day Fit Team Member to explore the best training options for their unique needs and lifestyle
  • 18 live online classes with various styles and coaches
  • 1 Sunday Stretch Class 
  • 2 informational sessions with the All Day Fit Operations Team. This is your opportunity to: 
    • Hear about what being a part of All Day Fit is like
    • Ask all your questions
    • MAYBE score some Adidas swag! 
  • 1 Strength Series Squat Clinic to assess and find opportunities in your squat. This is your opportunity to: 
    • Evaluate your form and opportunities for improvement
    • Learn the proper cues and muscles to target
    • Ask questions and receive personal feedback

When Are The Events?

  • Monday, April 12 – Information Session at 7:00 PM EST
  • Wednesday, April 14 – All Day Athlete Specialty Class at 7:00 AM EST
  • Sign up in MindBody like a regular Online Hub Class 
  • Thursday, April 15 – Strength Series – Squat Clinic at 7:00 PM EST
  • Monday, April 19 – Information Session at 7:00 PM EST
  • Monday, April 19 – All Day Athlete Specialty Class at 7:00 AM EST
  • Sign up in MindBody like a regular Online Hub Class 
  • Sunday, April 25 – Sunday Stretch with Sarah at 9:30 AM EST 
  • Sign up in MindBody like a regular Online Hub Class
