Our Core Values

Our motivation is driven by a sense of purpose, growth and belonging.

We know that everybody is different and every body is different. We bring awareness to who you are, how you feel and what your body needs while welcoming you to the broader team. Everyone, not just our coaches, will know you by name.

All Day Fit isn’t a workout; it’s a way of living in your body – proud and present every day. We are building your strongest body in the gym so that you can have your strongest life outside of it. Our community is real connections, support and friendship. Our ethos is to look inwards, grow our mind, be strong and celebrate life.

All Day Fit Six Bricks – Building Blocks to Becoming Your Best Self

By building strong bodies in the gym, we also build strong lives outside of it. We believe in high-quality, purposeful strength training for the long haul.

Food is much more than fuel, it provides the nourishment that supports our bodies, minds, emotions and relationships. We ditch the food fads and focus on well-rounded nutrition, which means mindfully choosing whole, colourful foods of all kinds. Above all, we dial in to how food makes us feel. 

We honour our bodies by giving them the rest and recovery they need. We prioritize sleep, monitor stress, and schedule rest, which keeps our cups filled and our energy in balance.

In setting goals and celebrating the small wins along the way, we are constantly discovering who we are and what we need. The magic is in being fully present in the journey and our commitment to grow 1% better each day.

We take care of our mental and emotional wellbeing by looking inwards and getting curious about our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We allow ourselves to feel a full range of emotions, and make discoveries by asking “why.” In doing the work to tune in to our truest selves, we also show up fully in our relationships.

Our community is the heartbeat of All Day Fit. It’s the space where we show our truest colors, and are loved, respected and encouraged because of them. The ADF community is united by a vision of living a healthy, full life that we’re proud of.

To us, fitness and nutrition is not punishment; it's an opportunity to understand and challenge our bodies, learn new things, get stronger, and have fun.
