The foundation of All Day Fit is community.
Our community is a group of kickass humans of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels who believe that goals are better crushed collectively. If we’ve learned one thing over the past few years, it’s that if you want to experience greatness in your life, surround yourself with great people – and that starts here with our positive, strong, and genuine, All Day Fit community.
To us, building strength is about more than just hitting the gym to lift weights.
Our bodies have an amazing capacity to build strength. But to us, it’s crucial to discover strength beyond the physical. We build a deeper strength, in both mind and body, to help connect us to ourselves, to others, and to life. We build this through training, eating high-quality food, and getting enough rest so you can handle any situation that comes your way.
All Day Fit is devoted to sustainability.
We understand and promote the importance of balance because life can get busy, dieting can get dull, and training can get tough. We’re in this for the long haul, so we set intentions and approach them holistically and thoughtfully, day by day. There’s no end to what you can accomplish. The ultimate goal is to improve your well-being in a way that is sustainable for you while developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
All people and bodies deserve to feel strong, healthy and happy.
We educate people and help them understand how they want their bodies to look, feel and perform in a supportive and informative environment. We provide a safe space and resources (aka amazing coaches) that allow people to make their own decisions and form their opinions about their bodies.
A Note from Cassie Day
Founding All Day Fit: The Journey to Following my Passion
After graduating university, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I was lost trying to find a career that suited my personality, values, and lifestyle. It was then that one of my best friends gave me the most inspirational pep talk and told me to chase what I love. At that moment, I knew three things:
- I thrived on living a happy and healthy lifestyle
- I wanted a career where I could educate and empower women
- Fitness was (and is) my feel good, my haven, my passion
At that point, I became a personal trainer at GoodLife Fitness and it was the best decision I ever made. I love being in the gym surrounded by people who share my values, passion, lifestyle, and who want to be better human beings. This was my first step to building my own business and community with All Day Fit. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I always leave work feeling happy and fulfilled, with the same smile on my face that I woke up with in the morning.
