What do I need to bring to each session?
We provide all the equipment, however, we highly recommend you bring cleats, a mat, and a water bottle.
Who is this program for?
All Day Athlete is for athletes who want to go back in a team environment and improve their sports performance. It is also a program for someone who doesn’t identify as athletic but is interested in learning but athleticism can be taught.
What level is it All Day Athlete?
All Day Athlete is for advanced individuals in terms of either athleticism or strength training. Experience with foundational movements (squats, deadlifts, etc.) is key. This is not a program for someone who is injured or experiences pain. It’s an intense but rewarding program!
