Looking to up your cocktail game this summer? How about adding some superfood ingredients? This cocktail is sweet and refreshing and is naturally sweetened with watermelon so you can skip the added sugar! You also get the added bonus of coconut water with is an electrolyte which will replenish your bodies hydration levels. Prep Time – 5 minutes
Servings – 1
- 3 watermelon cubes
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 1 1/2 oz of coconut water
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 oz tequila or vodka (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour into a lowball glass, garnish with mint and lemon wedge. Serve immediately.
