…yoga in the park on a beautiful sunny morning with a bunch of your friends!

Members of the All Day Fit community gathered bright and early Sunday morning at Trinity Bellwoods park for some yoga, followed by a delicious brunch at Saving Grace. It was a great way to kick off the week – focusing on ourselves, getting a nice stretch, setting intentions and being grateful.

Often times the summer weekends are jam packed with travel, events or parties – taking time for ourselves gets overlooked and before we know it the summer is over. Our Sunday morning practice was nice reset halfway through the summer, bringing some calmness and inner peace to hectic summer schedules!
