Who is the program for?

This program is for anyone who wants to be held accountable to a consistent training routine. Strong Academy will bring routine to your week and help you understand how your lifestyle habits impact your performance and overall quality of life. The icing on the cake…a team of like-minded individuals on a similar journey that are there for support, friendship, and encouragement.

What if I’m a beginner. Will I be able to keep up?

You do not need to have any experience! We have worked with people brand new to strength training and seasoned vets. We can make recommendations based on your fitness level to get you started in All Day Fit programming.

Where is the in-person program located?

Strong Academy is located at the ADF HQ, inside Training Lane (487 King St E, Toronto ON). The ADF HQ is a state-of-the-art functional fitness facility where you are guaranteed the environment, community and coaching you need to hit your goals.

Can I change timeslots?

Once you enroll in a time slot that becomes your team and workout time. If there is an extenuating circumstance (we know life gets in the way sometimes!) that prevents you from attending your session, you are encouraged to reach out to your coach about being a guest in a different Strong Academy session.

Can I only do two sessions a week?

Strong Academy is a 3x/week program for two reasons: 

The first being, it creates a sustainable routine – habits take time to build, and only doing something 2 times a week doesn’t set you up for success. 

The second being, if you want to achieve progress and results you need to commit to the process

What is the difference between Strong Academy and Online Hub?

Strong Academy is our committed small group training program. This means your sessions area set a schedule with the same coach and teammates for the duration of the program. 

The Online Hub offers a flexible schedule, a variety of class themes and gives you the autonomy to schedule workouts when they are convenient for you. Each class in the Online Hub guarantees thorough coaching, high energy, and the All Day Fit Community.
