- 4 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 2/3 cup Oat Milk – Or any milk substitute
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Pupmkin Pie Spice (Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax and Chia Blend
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
