Prep Time – 5 minutes
Servings – 1
  • 4 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2/3 cup Oat Milk – Or any milk substitute
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Pupmkin Pie Spice (Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax and Chia Blend
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Ice
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
