SPICY DELICIOUSNESS 

This easy and fresh recipe is perfect for any lunch or dinner! The best part? The spice level and toppings can be personalized to anything you choose!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken breast
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Vegetable Broth (Pacific)
  • Franks Hot Sauce
  • Celery
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Onion spice

Prep Time – 8 minutes

Cook Time – 10 minutes

Servings – 2-4

  1. Boil 4 chicken breast until cooked and then pull them with a fork (Super easy! It was my first time!)
  2. Drain the water in the pot and put the chicken back in. Add one cup of vegetable broth (I use Pacific) and 1 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce (yes I know there’s sugar in it but I love it )
  3. Slice up a bundle of celery and toss it in the pot
  4. Sprinkle pepper, salt, garlic and onion spice in the pot for extra flavour
  5. Bring to a boil and then simmer for roughly 15 minutes until celery has cooked and hot sauce has soaked in. .

For the wrap itself I used lettuce, tzatziki sauce, shredded carrots and mozzarella goat cheese.
