Jamie has been training with me for one and a half years consistently and I mean consistently. This woman never misses a workout, and if she did, you better believe that she has already booked an extra session the following week. She is dedicated to her program and will stop at nothing but perfection when it comes to her form, just ask her to do a kettlebell swing, I dare you.
Jamie is constantly surprising me with her strength and is starting to overcome her biggest challenge, her grip. With daily practice and exercises we’ve started to notice a huge difference in her grip strength, which is no easy task to overcome, and SHE JUST HIT 200LB ON HER DEADLIFT. Welcome to the 200 Club!
In the past few months, Jamie has really dialled into her nutrition and has become a meal prep champion on Sunday’s. She maps out her week with home cooked meals. From meeting her on day one to today, she has truly adapted a healthier lifestyle where nutrition and fitness are just a daily part of her life, making conscious decisions that have helped her reach her goals, uh hello old jeans that haven’t fit in years!
Now I can’t go without mentioning how much love I have for this human. She always comes to every session ready to crush it, no matter what kind of day she’s had. She is the world’s greatest listener, your number one supporter and the most generous, kindest soul that you will ever come across, oh, and will have you on the floor laughing every session. I don’t know how I lucked out having you as my client and friend but it’s been such an amazing 1.5 years training by your side.
