It’s about time that this beautiful human gets her time in the spotlight. 

Julie came to All Day Fit just over a year ago and started personal training with me twice a week. Little did I know I was about to be graced with one of the hardest working, dedicated and most positive clients of all time!

Julie started out with some chronic injuries in her shoulder, knee and hip which had held her back from lifting any weights for about a year. We worked together, alongside a physiotherapist, to design programs that complimented her physio homework and regain strength in those areas. Julie is the perfect example of what it looks like to overcome an injury, she did the unthinkable and actually DID HER PHYSIO HOMEWORK. She worked at it every day outside of her sessions and even showed up to every training session 30 minutes early to complete her warm-ups to make sure she got the most out of her workout, it was the definition of dedication.

Julie has become pain-free in so many movements. She made it to the 200 club in her deadlift, can overhead press like a champion and has recently started squatting with no pain in her knees. This woman is STRONG.

I am so incredibly proud of all the hard work she has put in to gaining her strength back, she has never missed a session, is active everyday whether it be swimming, training in the gym with me or on her own and tops it off with a weekly pilates session.

Thank you Julie, for always showing up, being the kindest human to everyone around you and starting my mornings off on the best note. Congratulations on receiving our first 2020 Client of the Month!
