When you put together Alex’s hard work, her determination and commitment to training, you get one strong AF Mama!

Alex came to All Day Fit over two years ago to enhance her workout routine and make training part of her lifestyle. It wasn’t long after that we knew we had hit the jackpot. Alex became a close friend to many in the community and always knew how to start the party. 

Alex would come into every session with the warmest smile and an open mind, ready to take on whatever I was about to throw at her that day.We worked hard and created a program that would have her commit to 4 days of training to get ready for her big wedding day and got freaking strong in the process, 175lb deadlift, HELLO. If there is one person that could take on this challenge it was her, once Alex sets her mind to something she will achieve it and probably with a glass of rosé in hand.

Not too long after we began Operation Baby Mode. Alex knew that keeping a training program during her pregnancy was important not only to herself but the health of her growing baby. She came to her sessions like clock-work and just wanted to move her body which I am so incredibly proud of her for. She is a perfect example of what it means to train for life and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next. 

Congrats on Personal Trainer Client of the Month Alex! I couldn’t imagine this community without you and we can’t wait to welcome the newest member to the fam in just a few weeks!
