Building healthy habits together! #AllDayFit community members were tasked to do the Meal Prep May challenge while sharing and getting inspo from all members of the community. Remember protein, green vegetables, and a healthy carb or fat. Happy eating!
Requirements: Meal Prep twice a week – show proof through photos. Each meal must include a protein, green vegetable and a healthy card.
Results: The team at 4 weeks of prepped lunches. Saved a lot of money from eating out! And built a new bank of delicious new recipes.
