On Saturday September 27 All Day Fit banded together with 4 other gyms – Resilience Fitness, Strive Life, Fit Squad, Strive Life  – to lead the biggest working in Toronto!  We couldn’t have asked for a better Saturday morning – the sun was shining, the weather was warm, the energy was HIGH and the workout was tough.

Each gym offered a 20 minute workout to showcase their workout style. Of course All Day Fit focused on kettlebell carries, bear crawls, goblet squats, core work and push-ups…just a little taste of our classes!

Hiit-The-Six

Together we raised $10,000 in support of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Next year let’s aim to double the money raised!

The All Day Fit team was out there reppin. Thanks to all the ladies that came out to support! ALSO, A HUGE shout out and thank you to the community members that helped carry the kettlebells up and down the Lulu stairs, you saved Cassie and Babs arms from falling off, much appreciated. 😀
