This hearty chili recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner!

Over the last couple weeks I haven’t been making my own meal planning and workouts a priority, it was starting to catch up with me mentally and physically, the worst part was the guilt the came with it. THIS WEEK – I’VE BEEN BACK ON MY A GAME.. I can’t believe (but can believe) the difference ???

Prep Time – 10 minutes

Cook Time – 15 minutes

Servings – 4-6

Instructions

Ground chicken – Cumbrae’s Meat Market
6 Organic tomatoes
1 Can 100% tomatoes paste
Diced up celery
Bag of slice carrots – I’m lazy LOL
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 Can of Yves Corn (BPA free)
1 Cup Pacific Vegetable Broth

Curry, sea salt, cayenne, chipotle, black pepper, garlic, onion powder and FRANK’S to taste ???
Topped with avocado and feta cheese.
