FEBRUARY WAS A BIG MONTH AT ADF!

 

It started with Bring A Friend To Train, where we opened our virtual doors to 40+ NEW friends. We came together to help our community feel more connected during this different winter season. We are beyond grateful for all of the amazing friends we got to meet and train with. Many have now joined our community themselves.

Coach Cassie hosted our very first Guided Journaling Session, where we tuned into ourselves and set some February intentions. This event was so heavily loved that we’ve decided to run another one on March 1st! 

We dressed in pink, red and white and hosted our largest and incredibly special  Valentine’s Workout <3 Thank you to everyone who brought the love and energy to the Online Hub that day.

We participated in Random Acts of Kindness Day! What is a Random Act of Kindness? The term refers to selfless acts, both large and small, that are unexpected and made without an apparent ulterior motive. The ADF team encouraged others to perform a random act of kindness, large or small, as a way to feel a sense of connection and purpose.

Who came out to Cocktail and Connect? Our Head of Operations, Babs, never ceases to amaze us! From creative cocktails to a scavenger hunt and community “speed dating”, we shared lots of laughs and got to connect with so much of our growing community. What a fun night – read more about it HERE.

We celebrated Coach Sarah’s Birthday <3

Can we get two claps for Coaches Jahmeek and Natey on their first Virtual All Day Athlete class, with proceeds going towards Lady Ballers Camp, a not-for-profit charitable organization that develops girl-centred sports programs, which encourage non-competitive physical, emotional and educational development. We came together for a great and fun sweat and thanks to our incredible community, we raised over $1100. We look forward to seeing you all on the field come Spring!

Coach Skylar launched her first Sunday Stretch class to help our community unlock and release tight joints and muscles. Look forward to more of this sequence coming your way!

We weren’t kidding when we said this was a BIG month!!!
