- Select the type of service
- Select the class, pass, or service
- Create an account (we use MindBody software as a tool to manage all our classes and services)
Throughout the month your body will be challenged in the most efficient and effective ways to improve your cardiovascular system, build muscle and decrease body fat. You will feel great, look great, and make a new network of friends!
Whatever you feel comfortable in. There is no dress code, however, I would recommend a good pair of running shoes that won’t slip off and clothes that allow you to move with ease. Don’t forget a water bottle and a yoga mat (if you have one!)
In order to achieve optimum health in a way that is sustainable and makes the most sense for your lifestyle, you need to be committed and excited to make these changes. Constantly stressing about strict diets and always making perfect food choices can be highly stressful and bring us down, which can be just as damaging to a person’s everyday life.
This is a nutritional plan that I believe everyone can follow for life. Your nutrition will be focused on eating real, whole foods. There will be many recipes that never include refined sugar. On top of your personalized meal plan, you will be provided with a standard information guide that will help to educate you and turn these choices into life-long habits.
The workout is designed for both men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and ﬁtness ability. The program incorporates a mix of high-intensity interval workouts that pair together short bursts of cardio and strength.

There are gluten free and dairy free options within the nutrition plan. If you have any special requirements please contact me directly so I can accommodate any specific dietary needs.
Tracking macronutrients is proven to work, but my preferred method is to teach individuals how to make the correct food choices so that you can maintain and follow these guidelines for life. Who wants to spend their entire life measuring food? If you have a specific strict weight loss goal that you want to achieve in a short period of time, I will provide you with a qualified nutritionist to help you further.
The number of days you train is up to you, however, I do recommend a minimum of 3 days per week to achieve optimal results. Personally, I train 4-5 days a week doing weights and cardio, 1-2 days of yoga, and a fun activity on the weekend that gets me moving with friends and family. Incorporating a fun activity with family and friends is a great way to break out of your routine and mix things up. I believe this can be just as important as working out inside the gym.
If you are following the program guidelines, you will start to feel stronger, fitter and healthier almost immediately. You will start to see physical changes after the first 3-4 weeks of your training. Everyone’s body is different so it is important not to compare your progress with others. Just like in other aspects of life, it is good to keep in mind that you will get what you give. My goal as your trainer is to assist you in building a fit and healthy lifestyle that you can maintain for a lifetime.

We have an 8 hour cancellation policy. Notice is required for all Group Class and Small Group Training (SGT) bookings.
A 12 hour cancellation policy is required for all Personal Training Sessions.
A 24 hour cancellation policy is required for all Corporate Sessions.
*Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in your Classes/Session/Training to be forfeited, and/or a charge to your credit card in the amount of the Class/Session/Training will apply, upon multiple cancellations suspension of your account may take place.
The minimum age of participation is 16 years old. All waivers and PARQ forms must be signed by your legal guardian in order to participate.
Once the program has been completed, you will get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. The majority of the squad ends up coming back and sweating up a storm with us again, so I am sure you will too!
