My biggest hack is making a big batch of dressing in a mason jar to store in your fridge so you can whip up salads in a flash! This Lemon Tahini Dressing is full of fresh flavours and loaded with healthy fats that you can trust! Let’s get shaking!

- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Fresh Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 3-4 Tbsp Tahini (well stirred)
- 1/2 tbsp of fresh chopped chives
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake away. If too thick, add more apple cider vinegar and olive oil to loosen it up. Drizzle on top of you favourite salads.
