Protein-Ball-All-Day-Fit

I love a good sweet treat in the afternoon, or a quick little nibble before a workout – these satisfy my sweet tooth perfectly and are a great grab-n-go snack!

Prep Time – 15 minutes
Cook Time – 0 minutes
Servings – 15-20
Ingredients
  • 2 cups pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra to roll in, if you like!)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extra
  • ¼ cup water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor 
  2. Blend about 2-3 minutes until the “dough” is sticky enough to roll
  3. Scoop a tablespoon into your hand and roll into a ball
  4. Roll immediately in the extra shredded coconut 
  5. Store in the fridge or freezer
  6. Enjoy!
