I love a good sweet treat in the afternoon, or a quick little nibble before a workout – these satisfy my sweet tooth perfectly and are a great grab-n-go snack!

Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra to roll in, if you like!)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extra
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor
- Blend about 2-3 minutes until the “dough” is sticky enough to roll
- Scoop a tablespoon into your hand and roll into a ball
- Roll immediately in the extra shredded coconut
- Store in the fridge or freezer
- Enjoy!
