Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Medjool dates – pitted
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with extra cinnamon, cacoa nibs, pecans, banana… whatever your heart desires!
