One of the biggest struggles for people when dealing with sugar cravings, they often creep up along 3pm or late at night.

How do I deal with them?

I create healthier refined sugar free versions of my favourite foods. I love ice cream, and chocolate mint is my favourite flavour so whipping up a chocolate mint smoothie bowl usually does the trick! You’ve gotta check out this recipe!!

Prep Time – 5 minutes
Servings – 1
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder (for extra chocolately-ness)
  • 1/2 cup ice
    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you are finding it too liquidy, add more ice!
