One of the biggest struggles for people when dealing with sugar cravings, they often creep up along 3pm or late at night.
How do I deal with them?
I create healthier refined sugar free versions of my favourite foods. I love ice cream, and chocolate mint is my favourite flavour so whipping up a chocolate mint smoothie bowl usually does the trick! You’ve gotta check out this recipe!!

Servings – 1
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder (for extra chocolately-ness)
- 1/2 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you are finding it too liquidy, add more ice!
