CELEBRATING BLACK HISTORY MONTH
Black History Month allows everyone to share, celebrate and understand the impact of black heritage and culture in our society
This year, it also follows a period where racial justice calls reached a fever pitch, providing a needed reminder to take stock of systemic racism and give visibility to the people and organizations creating change.
Together, the All Day Fit Team is using this month, and every month forward, to celebrate, amplify and listen to black voices, sharing in the stories and experiences that make us all unique individuals and more vital than ever as a collective.
