No, this post has nothing to do about the weather, but it will highlight all of the incredible things that happened in April at All Day Fit!

We welcomed Coach Slopes as our featured guest coach in the Online Hub! If you were able to join one of her classes, you know how incredibly welcoming, energizing and joyful Coach Slopes is. We are so grateful to have had her join us this month and we look forward to her joining the All Day Fit Coaching team moving forward – can we get a WOOP WOOP for Slopes!!

All Day Fit partnered with the Heart & Stroke Young Leaders Foundation to promote healthy active living at home! This is an exclusive opportunity to purchase an At-Home Fitness Package that includes a set of Heart & Stroke + All Day Fit small loop resistance bands. Resistance bands are KEY for at-home workouts. They can amplify your warm-up, help take exercise to the next level and are great for mobility work!

100% of the proceeds are going to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Every dollar helps make it possible for Heart & Stroke to achieve their mission of promoting health, saving lives and enhancing recovery. Together we are funding medical breakthroughs that tangibly improve the health of people in Canada.


We hosted our FIRST EVER Virtual Open House.

We welcomed 75 new friends to All Day Fit! 

We hosted 2 Information Sessions about All Day Fit! Those that attended reflected on their fitness goals and set intentions for how to get there, learned about our services and honed in on our signature strength training program, All Day Fit!

Coach Jahmeek hosted 2 specialty All Day Athlete Classes.

Coach Jacq hosted a Strength Series Squat Clinic.

Coach Sarah wrapped up our two weeks with a Sunday Stretch.

We are so grateful for all of the new friends we got to meet and look forward to seeing them more at All Day Fit!

We launched May Strong Academy, including 2 TWO time slots!!

Strong Academy is All Day Fit’s small group training program, ideal for anyone looking for a consistent movement routine they will enjoy.
