The small coach to client ratio allows for a unique and attentive coaching experience in a small class setting.

Week 1

Prep Week Schedule

 

DAY 1 | Personalized full-body movement and ability assessment. Initial Photos will be taken. We do this so you can see your progress at the end of the program!

DAY 2Breath, Deadlift, and  Squat Clinic. Groove the major movement patterns; This will minimize your risk of injury and maximize your potential for gains!

DAY 3 | Understand our nutrition philosophy, learn how to read and progress through a strength program, and team breakfast at Impact Kitchen.

Weeks 2-13

Training Schedule

 

WEEK 2-5 | Program 1
WEEK 6-9 | Program 2
WEEK 10-13 | Program 3 & Celebration!

3x per Week | Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time Options: 6-7AM or 8:15-9:15AM

$455/month for 3 months

The All Day Strong Experience

Cassie and Brooke created the class so that it was motivating, challenging, and informative at the same time. They did an amazing job supporting us and ensuring that we were working out properly and safely according to our fitness levels. Seeing myself struggling to do the lightest weight at the beginning of the program to lifting MUCH heavier weights over time was super rewarding.

What training level do I need to join?
All Day Strong Academy is a foundational program that focuses on the basis. During prep week your body is assessed allowing us to create a specific program for you!  

How do I set up a payment plan?
Payments upfront can be done through the All Day Fit MindBody account however if you wish to sign up for a payment plan please email Cassie at cassie@alldayfit.com

Do I get to come to All Day Fit community events?
Absolutely! We encourage you to come out to all our events and participate in Monthly Challenges; Our community is awesome!

Can I get a refund?
Once a Strong Academy session begins refunds are no longer available.
