Our sessions focus on proper breathing techniques, a dynamic warm-up to help you move better, and strength training and conditioning based on your goals. Some of our favourite moves include: one-arm kettlebell floor presses, goblet squats, bent over kettlebell rows, front-loaded reverse lunges, farmers carry, deadlifts and pull-ups.
Our trainers instruct in a way that inspires body positivity, and they help you reach your full potential. Group classes are highly personalized and continuously changing to avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results safely and effectively toward your goals.
