What is it?
Holistic nutrition is a natural approach to curing the body from the inside out. Holistic nutrition takes the time to assess all aspects of a person’s health, from their nutrition and daily habits, environment and surroundings, emotions and stress levels and sleeping habits and patterns. Taking an individual approach when it comes to health as opposed to generalizing symptoms allows the nutritionist to better understand your body specifically, creating a path that best serves the individual and targeting what your body needs the most. We will be looking to restore balance in the body, and maintain that balance long term through a specifically designed plan for you! The overall goal is to optimize both your mental and physical health through a diverse diet and active lifestyle so that you feel healthier, happier, and more energetic in your everyday life!

We understand that there are obstacles that people face day-to-day, but our main priority is to positively influence you to follow a balanced lifestyle based on your needs, as well as empower you to optimize your health through education, nutrition, activity, and positive daily habits.

These will all be things you will learn to love. When you begin to see and feel the changes in your body, the most difficult part will be going back to old habits. Many of us don’t realize how great our bodies can actually feel and how much room there is for improvement within each of us. A healthy lifestyle is truly addictive once you have made the commitment long enough to see and feel the benefits. Feeling healthy physically is a huge aspect to our health mentally, and our overall happiness. !

Initial Single Session:
We begin with an initial assessment, to review your health history, concerns, goals and daily lifestyle and dietary habits. This will allow me to be able to get a clear picture of your current health status enabling me to build an effective protocol.
Follow Up Session(s)
We will address your progress, further imbalances and any chronic health concerns to ensure you are on the right track to health and vitality. We will assess your results, how you are feeling and if the program is working for you or not. We may need to tweak your plan or approach based on feedback from you regarding your results and how you’re feeling. Follow-ups are also an opportunity to ask questions, prepare for challenging situations, learn about new tools, resources, or products, and feel supported.
The timing of your meals, type, combination, and consistency are just as important as what foods you are consuming. I will then create customized 7 day meal plan tailored to your needs, dietary preferences, dietary restrictions and fitness goals. All meal plans will have a combination of raw and cooked foods. Recipes included will consist of easy to find ingredients and will be simple to prepare.
Meal Prepping is simply preparing all of your meals ahead of time with better, healthier and unprocessed ingredients. Not only does it save you time, but it also helps to ensure you eat healthier foods more often with the proper portions, instead of reaching for quick processed and prepackaged snacks or meals that go over your caloric needs.

Cleansing your kitchen is one of the first steps to weight loss and healthy eating. My rule number 1 ‘Don’t keep unhealthy foods in the house’. So what should you do? Clean out your kitchen.
I will educate you on what must stay, what must go and WHY! We will rid your cabinets and fridge of toxic riddled, chemically induced foods to help eliminate cravings and decrease inflammation.
